Noah Ross practices law in Nanaimo as an Associate with Huntsman Law. Huntsman Law focuses on civil, commercial, and estate litigation as well as family law. Huntsman Law also maintains a busy real estate and solicitors practice.
Noah was raised in Winlaw in the West Kootenay region of British Columbia and has spent most of the last 15 years living on Vancouver Island. He holds an Honours Undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Political Science with a Specialization in Cultural, Social and Political Thought from the University of Victoria.
Noah came to the practice of law because it is a powerful influence in many people’s lives that is often used to disempower people. Noah is committed to using the law to empower people and has a strong interest in public interest law and exploring how legal work can be used in support of decolonization.
Noah graduated from the University of Victoria’s Law Faculty in 2015 and received awards from the faculty and student body for community engagement. Noah completed his articles at The Law Centre and Ferris, Vaughan, Murphy and Wills in Victoria, BC gaining experience as a litigator in criminal, family, administrative and civil law.
